Purpose: To purchase Agriculture property (Commercial crops only)

Maximum limit: Rs.60.00 lakhs

Quantum of finance: 80% of the Government value of the collateral  and purchased property or maximum 80% of the agreement value whichever is less.

Term: 10 years

Security: Simple mortgage of the collateral property and Deposit of title deed of purchased property.
