Tourisum development loan

Purpose: To support development tourism, that may be construction of Home stays, Resorts, Estate stay, or Restaurants.

Eligibility: For companies and individuals.

Term: 120 monthly instalments.

For construction: 100% of the Govt value of the collateral property and 70% of the project cost.
