Maximum limit: For Individual Site/House/Building – Rs.60.00 lakhs

                            For institution: Rs. 500.00 lakhs.

For Site 3 times of Government value and for Building 70% of the value appraised by the valuator of the bank.

Term: 15 Years/ 180 monthly Instalments for individuals

            15 Years/ 180 monthly instalments for Institutions

Security: Site/House/ Building should be mortgaged to Bank. In addition 2 local personal sureties should be provided having sufficient fixed assets.
