Purpose: Construction of commercial buildings, educational institutions,  kalyanamantapa, chathra, community hall, hospitals & other commercial complex's.

Maximum limit :  Rs. 60.00 lakhs for Individuals

                             Rs. 200.00 lakhs for Institutions.

                             OR 70% of the Estimation/valuvation.

Term: 20 Years / 240 monthly instalments for individuals

           20 years / 240 monthly instalments for institutions.

Security: Proposed site/acquired asset should be mortgaged to the bank. In addition 2 local personal sureties should be provided having sufficient land holdings.
